How can I get your price?

Can I get a sample before place order?
Yes, we provide sample services. Customers need bear the express freight.
What is your MOQ? Can I place a trail order with small quantity?
MOQ is 1. For trial order, you can tell us the quantity you need. We will try to meet your demand. And you also can mix different products together.
Do you provide OEM/OEDM service? Can you put our logo or company name on the package?
Yes, we can provide OEM/ODM service. We like to develop new products with our customers. We provide customized stickers / printings /APP/package for our customers.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
Usually by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT. It usually takes 3-6days to arrive. By air, by sea are also acceptable. EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB, CIF, DAP...All terms are available.
What is your payment term?
We suggest Trade Assurance. Also we accept TT, Western Union, Cash and more other options. D/P D/A L/C are acceptable.
How to return if product defective?
1) All products are under one year warranty. We will offer online support or replace it if the product you received is defective.
2) Please send the goods back to us only if you contact us for details return process and make sure everything goes smoothly.
